Finally doing the 150cc to CG250 engine swap. CG250 is a 230cc motor. Have to take the top motor mounts off frame and re-weld, also have to rewire the stator plug, everything else just bolts right up! I do a complete video on what I did so you can do the same if you'd like.
SHE RIPS! Power lifted 2nd gear!

PERFORMANCE TESTING:
CG250 motor stock exhaust 0-60 8 seconds 0-60 14 seconds w 100 main jet, top speed TBD
RPS Condor w 250 motor STOCK performance, 12 second 0-50 mph, top speed 62 mph Stock Jet 94.5 main 40 pilot.
100 main jet, 15t sprocket: 10 second 0-50, top speed 66 mph
98 main jet, 16t sprocket: 10 second 0-50, top speed 65mph

RPS Condor CG250 w 28mm nibbi carb: 0-50mph top speed
