A powerful San Diego County Supervisor, Nathan Fletcher, says he is resigning amid accusations he sexually assualted someone. This coming days after he said he was dropping his bid for state senate and seeking help for alcohol abuse.
One America's Stella Escobedo spoke with Amy Reichert who ran against Fletcher in the midterms.
