REPLICATING the B-58 Hustler's INSANELY COMPLEX Retract System

Join me as we continue our build series on the B-58 Hustler, a high-performance bomber aircraft from the Cold War era. In this video, we focus on the installation of the retractable landing gear system which includes the landing gear (manufactured by RCCrafters) and build, hinge and actuate all of the landing gear doors replicating the complex system of the full-scale aircraft. This ended up being a significantly greater challenge than I expected as there's so much mind-bending motion that occurs as the gear retracts. Discover the ins and outs of this elaborate landing gear system as we recreate it in exact scale.
