1.) 100 Mike Tyson Push-Ups for Time
10 minute rest break
2.) consecutive hanging straight arm/leg 90 degree leg lifts then cliffhanger pull-ups for most reps
5 minute rest break
3.) 2 mins of dips in a row followed by upto 1 min of L dips in a row
