Secretary of States Conferences Teaches LOCK PICKING? And My Message to Our Clerks!

Why on EARTH would the SECRETARY OF STATES need to learn how to PICK LOCKS!? Or solder a circuit board? Or hack a surveillance camera???

Our clerks need to start doing the right thing. We need to go back to HAND COUNTED Paper Ballots!
