In Moncton, New Brunswick, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau discusses his government's recent budget investment of $13 billion to expand dental care to families earning less than $90,000 a year. He is joined by Dominic LeBlanc, the minister of intergovernmental affairs and MP for Beauséjour, and Ginette Petitpas Taylor, the minister of official languages and MP for Moncton–Riverview–Dieppe. The prime minister responds to questions on the Nova Scotia Mass Casualty Commission's final report and the appointment of cabinet minister Dominic LeBlanc's sister-in-law as interim ethics commissioner. He also comments on the discovery of the six bodies in the St. Lawrence River near the Mohawk Territory of Akwesasne by the Canada-U.S. border.
