That said, when one zoo visitor decided to coax an orangutan into catching a treat thrown his way, he got a little more than he bargained for. This might be the coolest game of interspecies catch you’ll ever see!

This was proven perfectly at a zoo in Bali one afternoon not long ago. A large orangutan was hanging out by a watering hole when a tourist decided he would try to interact with him. The tourist wasn’t exactly sure what was going to happen, but he wanted to take advantage of the rare opportunity to be so close to one of these gentle animals.

The man threw a small piece of food straight at the orangutan’s feet. At first, the primate just stared at him pensively; he wasn’t quite sure what to think of the interaction. But then he raised his massive arm and did something the tourist will never forget!
Wow! That guy definitely didn’t expect that awesome reaction from the orangutan, and you won’t either!
