SEC: All CRYPTO (Except ₿itcoin) is a SECURITY! What Does This Mean For Exchanges & You? 💰🤔

As predicted, the SEC claims All CRYPTO that passes the Howey Test is an Illegal Unregistered Security. This also means exchanges like Coinbase and Kraken, that allow Staking, are committing a crime. I expect the SEC to demand full disclosures from the issuers behind Cryptos to alert and inform buyers and holders what they bought / own, and/or face major fines in the Millions of $. If they decide not to comply, they will be forbidden from operating and selling their Crypto in the US, and Exchanges that sell to the US will be forced to delist them, losing an enormous market share.

₿itcoin is safe, since there is NO issuer, NO Foundation/Corporation/Org/Person behind it, NO pre-mine, is Decentralized, is Proof of Work and the code is Open Source for all to examine.
