In accordance with Ramadan, I don't eat or drink a drop from about 5:50am to 7:45pm, I then ate 2 bananas for that potassium and a strong black coffee (and some ibuprofen lol) before running to Judo. I was miserable on the way but during had great energy and after I felt amazing with an endorphin high
