Only in USA, people rob a store and they dont even mask their face. This is because they know no one will be prosecuted, either because the jails are full, the system is inneficient, the cops dont act or any other reason. The question is: who will pay for this theft? And as you can see they are all mostly black people that steal. They have the mentality: oh poor me i am poor, others are racist, i can steal all i want.
