Putting labels on our experiences can be useful in some situations but it can lead to us "craving" the same predictable experiences instead of going into the unknown.

Sooner or later we'll find ourselves in a box of thinking and feeling, living by the same emotions every single day.

And if we don't have new experiences, if we don't "crave" the unknown, we'll be expressing the same conditions in our life as the day before.
