I'm excited to sit down with Neil Dudley. We talk about his role at Pederson’s Farms, the definition of a cowboy, and much more. Make sure to listen to the full interview to learn more.

Neil Dudley is a Texas gentleman who believes in hard work with a little fun thrown in. His day job is making bacon at Pederson’s Farms as the Vice President. His most important job is loving his wife and three young daughters and throwing in some cowboy stuff when he can.

Neil is the host of The Cowboy Perspective podcast. Most of the things he’s confident in stems from the experiences he’s had with the cowboys and cowgirls in his life. The Cowboy Perspective is his way of telling that story in hopes of being a resource to others.
