Beauty and the Beast Enchanted Rose. Remote control rose petals drop demo

In this video, we'll be demonstrating the beauty and the power of the Enchanted Rose with the help of some electronics and software!

The rose was built as a prop for Disney's Beauty and the Beast theatre production my wife produced as part of her theatre company www.lytknox.com. I mounted a raspberry pi mini computer in the base of the rose to control electronic solenoids that drop each of the 8 petals from an iPad used as a remote control. This is a demo of the features and how it works. I'll also link a montage video of me putting it together.
