Scientists have discovered a new species of dinosaur in Argentina, according to a study published in the journal Cretaceous Research.

The dinosaur, named Lavocatisaurus agrioensis, is estimated to have lived approximately 110 million years ago during the Early Cretaceous period. The fossilized remains were found in the Agrio Formation in Patagonia, and the dinosaur is believed to have been a herbivore, measuring around 12 meters in length.

This discovery sheds new light on the diversity of dinosaurs in the region during the Early Cretaceous period and underscores the importance of continued exploration and discovery in the field of palaeontology.
