Attorney: 'No intentional harm' by mother in fire that killed 2 kids

The attorney for Ashley Rhiles said she left home for less than 20 minutes when a fire broke out and killed two of her children. "There was no intentional harm. There was no abuse from her," her attorney said. "She's never been ever alleged to have touched or injured any of her children. I can assert as her counsel that this has been an incredibly devastating situation for her."
