youtube Allow automatic allowable places retroactive ad hack or geolocation leak we can't turn off ?

to disable this on all videos they enabled by default, "you" must disable
them one at a time! or you contact direct support chat to do it in bulk ?
or they could just allow us to bulk disable this & set upload defaults
as we want & or make this option unchecked by default as they should
