Vegas Construction Going BUST? Two Major Projects on Hold. Vegas Construction Update

Resorts are being put on hold and maybe even CANCELLED in Vegas. The Dream Hotel Las Vegas and a new resort, which was set to replace the Hawaiian Marketplace on the Las Vegas Strip, have been paused due to the bad economy. The economy is to blame.

In this video, I take a look at the Dream Hotel Las Vegas and Tim Fertitta project and discuss why it has been paused. I also look at the MSG Sphere in Vegas and ask if this will be a financial failure.
