FYI: The Supreme Court justified their decision by saying that the law only disenfranchised a smaller group of people. I am reminded of the eternally relevant words of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.: “An injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.”
How long before places like Texas and Georgia use this as a precedent to erode protections for Black and Brown people there?
