Talking Mental Health Hospital Keeping a friend. Valheim! RUM! Chaos Tricks makes stuff happen

I have a friend who is being held in a Mental Hospital. I have some of the paperwork. I am working on some questions because it doesn't make that much sense to me.

Since There is no Integration on Rumble. Rumble Rants can be used to "purchase" Chaos Tricks Effects. I will have to trigger them manually so they will not activate instantly. Positive effects I will bank and use as needed like inventory. Items, mobs and negative effects I will activate as soon as I can.
