In this video, I will show you step-by-step how to make my mother's mouth-watering kebab from scratch, right in your own kitchen! Kebab is a popular Middle Eastern dish that is perfect for any occasion, whether it's a family Iftar or a dinner party with friends.

This is a low fat and high protein recipe that will help you stay on track with your fitness and nutrition goals throughout Ramadan 2023 as well as year-round.

I will start by demonstrating how to prepare the pot by adding avocado oil and setting it to low heat. Slice up some onions and potatoes, then let them sauté in the pot. Dice up your peppers and add them to the mix. Grab your spices, I'll be using 1/2 tablespoon sea salt, 2 tablespoons of 7 spice, and 2 tablespoons of fine ground black pepper. At this point, it's onto the meat. Since I know I'll be eating a lot, I'll be using 96/4 lean ground beef in order to keep the fats low and the protein high. Shape your meat, add it to the pot, cover it up, and let it cook. After about 10 minutes, it'll be time to add the sauce. I'll be using a cup of organic diced tomato sauce, make sure to add some water to the cup so you get it all. This is what takes your kebab to the next level of flavor. Cover it back up and let it cook for another 10 minutes, then voila! It's time to eat!

You can serve your kebab with any sides you like, such as hummus, tabbouleh, or pita bread. In this case, I'll be having it with white Jasmine rice. You'll be amazed at how easy it is to make restaurant-quality kebab at home with just a few simple ingredients!
