FGO CBC 2023 90++ 3 turn with Chen Gong no Oberon

Trying out Gong to 3 turn the 90++ node without using oberon who obviously makes it easier with the 70% np charge.

Still quite heavy on the 5*s though, some replacements could likely be made for other servants that give a good amount of NP charge.
