A few weeks ago I did a review on the Amend2 AR-15 Magazine. I had some reliability issues when I loaded the magazine past 20 rounds or so. I had emailed Matt, the owner of Amend2, and asked him if he had run into any problems. I never got a response and so I released my video. Turns out Matt had thought he replied to me (honest mistake, I think) and asked me to check the date of manufacture on the magazines I received for testing. His email didn't send out so I never got a response.

After I released my review we got in touch again and he asked me to check the dates. Sure enough my magazines were manufactured during a time they were producing cosmetic examples and they were sent to me by mistake.

Matt apologetic and sent me new magazines that were made to spec. I took them out to the range and gave them a test in two different AR-15 rifles. One was my franken AR that I built with various parts, the other was my brother-in-law's complete Rock River Arms AR-15. The new magazines worked great in both rifles fully loaded.
