I wanted to buy my dad an AR-15 for Christmas to go with his Chinese SKS rifle that takes AK-47 magazines. I found out Palmetto State Armory makes such a hybrid. They offered to send it to me for a review to either return afterward or I can buy it afterward. I had a rough start with it at first because the trigger pin walked out after about 100 rounds. After that happened the trigger started binding up and I couldn't shoot it anymore. I took it home and fixed it and got it up and running again. After that it ran like a champ so I decided to keep it and just figure it was bad luck. I'll keep on eye on it the more we shoot it but I may end up putting anti-walk trigger pins in it.
