Canon To Discontinue Various Canon EOS R Series Cameras

Canon has discontinued Canon EOS Ra full-frame mirrorless camera and is said to have stopped all production of the Canon EOS R also.

The Canon EOS Ra is a modified version of the original EOS R that incorporates an optical IR (infra-red) cut filter in front of the sensor designed for astrophotography.

Is the burn rate of mirrorless cameras in today's market is similar to that of the '90s when digital cameras first took over the photographic industry?

We see manufacturers creating numerous full-frame mirrorless cameras at a breakneck speed only to discontinue them 2 or 3 years later.

My question to you:

Is this the right time for you to invest in a full-frame mirrorless camera or are you waiting on the sidelines for the market to settle?
