TEIA, Chris, Sevi and Andrew, also known as The Royal Poly Family, are a family of 4 adults who are all in a polyamorous relationship with each other. They also share 4 children together and live in a 1100 square foot home. Chris and Teia have been together for 8 years and Sevi and Andrew have been married for 12 years. As a blended family, they have all been together for just under a year. This all started when Teia and Sevi told their partners they were interested in polyamory and then both ladies became a couple in April 2022. When Teia initially expressed interest in polyamory, Chris wasn't aware of it and took offence to it because he thought it would be another woman instead of him. However this wasn't the case as both women expressed interest in each other's partners and they all started a polyamorous relationship with each other. Teia decided to share their story on social media because she wanted to normalise polyamory but this brought a lot of judgement. Teia told Truly: "As far as the negative comments online, we laugh at them because we know what's happening in our house and we know that it is filled with love and support and nobody else can take that from us, they don't get that power."
