1 lb lean ground beef (90% lean)
1 can (8 ¾ oz) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
⅓ cup 2% milk
4 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp onion powder
Cracked pepper to taste
1- 2lb bag of tater tots
Preheat the oven to 375F. Using a large skillet, brown the meat until cooked through.
Add the corn and condensed cream of chicken and stir to combine
Stir in the milk, sour cream, ½ cup Cheddar cheese, onion powder, and pepper
Place half of the tater tots in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish
Spoon the meat mixture on top of the tater tots
Top with remaining half of tater tots
Sprinkle the other ½ cup Cheddar cheese on top and bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly
