The Steel Toe Morning Show's "Prize Show" held on 29 March 2023 broke Minnesota Gambling Laws through the following:
🔴Entries to the raffle for $250 in cash were only open to people who bought stickers
🔴Sticker purchases for entry were only able to be online.

Aaron Imholte (Steel Toe) is attempting to use semantic definitions in an attempt to deny that they are running a raffle by saying "we are giving money out to fans that support us". This does not change his obligation, while running a raffle in Minnesota, to abide by state laws. If entry to this "giveaway" was free and did not require purchase of stickers for chance to win - this would not be considered gambling and therefore would be totally legal.
