Summary:
Video displays the making of the Adze but not the Shover or Stakes. Shovel creation is very similar to Adze. Just need extra hits with the Smithing hammer. Once it cools down, you use it with a long shaft to complete the tool.

Transitions quickly to show the creation of fence kits into actual making of connected fences.

Making of Adze:
1. Steel ingot in Wooden Tongs + Firing Forge (Charcoal fueled) = Hot Steel Ingot
2. Smithing Hammer + Hot Steel Ingot = Hit until you see the head you want.
3. Adze + Long straight shaft = Adze tool

Making of Fence Kits:
Adze + 2 long straight shafts = Fence kit

Making connected Fences:
1. Place Stake where you want to build the fence
2. Stone + stake = Hit stake until desired wall stake. I used auto-orienting
3. Shovel + selected wall stake = wall stake holes
4. Fence Kit + wall stake holes = Fence
5. Repeat again beside the fence you made as many times as you want.

Note: Stakes are not used up but you will have to make another fence kit.
