Starbucks CEO Shredded by Lawmakers for Union-Busting Violations

Sen. Bernie Sanders chairs a hearing at the HELP Committee, with former Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz in attendance as a witness. Sanders begins his remarks saying, "Starbucks has waged the most aggressive and illegal union-busting campaign in the modern history of our country." Sanders asks Schultz whether he's ever threatened, coerced, or intimidated a worker for supporting a union. Schultz responds by saying: "I've had conversations that could've been interpreted in a different way than i intended..."
