Protesters continue to rally despite Netanyahu’s postponement of judicial overhaul

Israeli protesters took to the streets of Jerusalem and Tel Aviv to rally against a plan by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government to overhaul the judiciary, even after it was halted earlier this week in response to unprecedented street unrest.
Crowds also demonstrated against the creation of a ‘national guard’ that would fall under the control of Israel’s right-wing National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir.
