Panasonic Could Push Ahead Of Canon Nikon & Sony Here's Why

Panasonic could push ahead of Canon Nikon & Sony if they play their cards right.

Panasonic says that it will showcase an 8K 35-megapixel (8192 x 4320) Super35 organic CMOS sensor camera with a Global Shutter.

This organic CMOS sensor was introduced in 2016 and now, 5 years later, is ready for prime time. The organic sensor replaces the silicon photodiodes that receive light in current CMOS sensor cameras with an organic thin film that is highly sensitive to light.

This sensor will have a Global Shutter which could make it leaps and bounds superior to any other manufacturer's camera offering.
