Nurses picket to bring attention to patient safety concerns

Nurses at Dignity Mercy Hospital Downtown and Mercy Southwest in Bakersfield held what they called an "informational picket" to raise awareness about how staffing shortages at the hospitals is impacting patient safety. 23ABC anchor Marc Blaine has the story.
