▶️Ingredients
1 head of cabbage, 500g for beef shabu-shabu, sesame leaves, enoki mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, bean sprouts
▶️ Broth
Add anchovies, 1 green onion, half an onion, and infinitesimal slices to 2L of water. When it boils, boil it over medium heat for 20 minutes. Season with tsuyu (dark soy sauce), salt, and 1 rice wine.
▶️Sauce (measured with rice spoon)
4 dark soy sauce, 1 mirin, 2 plum juice (replaces 1 sugar), 1 honey, half a lemon (replaces 2-3 vinegar),
Add chopped onion, green onion, and Cheongyang pepper as much as you like.

▶️Recipe (for 3-4 servings)
1️⃣Cut the cabbage and wash it clean
2️⃣Lay cabbage - sesame leaves - beef in order
3️⃣Cut into 3~4 pieces
4️⃣Put bean sprouts and mushrooms in the pot and line them up from the edge of the pot
5️⃣Pour the broth and boil it
6️⃣Boil bubbling on the table
It's delicious if you put rice noodles at the end of 7️⃣^^
