2 cup flour
1 1/2 coconut
5 big eggs
3 tea spoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup milk
Zest of an orange
1 table soup brandy or cognac
1 tea spoon vanilla extract

Syrup (optional :apply cold syrup on hot cake)
2 cups of sugar
2 cups water
1 table of orange essence or cognac (optional)

Coconut for toping or power sugar (optional)
