Rihanna & A$AP Rocky | House Tour | $15 Million Beverly Hills Mansion & More
Before relocating to Los Angeles to pursue her aspirations of becoming a singer, Rihanna had modest beginnings on the Caribbean island of Barbados. She entered the music industry in 2005 as a 16-year-old prodigy after being seen by Jay-Z. She bought her first property in 2009 after becoming well-known and growing her net worth, and she thereafter amassed a number of multi-million dollar homes in Los Angeles. While Rihanna amassed a number of residences in Los Angeles, ASAP Rocky has a number of homes in New York, where he formerly resided. The couple bought a property in Beverly Hills to use as a family home and are expecting their first child in 2022.
Rihanna and ASAP Rocky invested in one of the finest residences on the prestigious street that offers solitude and isolation, offering panoramic views of the mountains and a smart architecture of the building. Let's take a look inside the couple's $13.8 million Beverly Hills mansion.
For Generations, Built
The couple's $13.8 million property is situated on Heather Road in the exclusive Beverly Hills Post Office area. According to Life And Style Mag, the building was initially constructed in 1938 and was owned by Mary Sheldon, the daughter of Sidney Sheldon, who is well known for creating the television series I Dream Of Jeannie, before she sold it to Daniel Starr in 2016. Starr paid $4.3 million for the house, which was featured on Bravo's Million Dollar Listing. A couple additional million dollars were spent by Starr on tearing down and rebuilding the house. He set a $15 million asking price. However, it was reduced to $13.8 million after negotiation.

The 7,600 sq. ft. property has large gates and tall bushes, making it nearly undetectable from the street. ft. A two-car garage is accessible from the driveway, and a curved stairway leads to the front door of the house. The entry has a glass front door in the lobby with a large black bull sculpture overlooking the open-air center courtyard, as reported by Dirt. Modern in style, the house has white walls, a black metal roof, and matching trim. With its open floor plan and French white oak hardwood floors, the room generally evokes a modern farmhouse.
