Don’t harp on past faults, put them behind you and live a life according to Christ!

This verse is a piggy-back from our last verse in Psalm 25:7 in that past sins can haunt us if we do not cling to God and His Word. It says she, being Oholibah, multiplied her harlotries, harlotries referring to prostitution, because she what? She remembered the days of her youth. If we want to live a life as separate from sin as possible, we must forget the past sins. Why? Because if we do not, we will be tempted by and succumbed to Satan and his lies, who recycles sin in cunning fashion.
