Tonight, I made my first visit to Virginia Commonwealth University alongside Kristan Hawkins with Students for Life for our "Lies Pro-Choicers Believe" Speaking Tour. Before even introducing ourselves, extremists and violent protesters began a heckler's veto, preventing Kristan and I from answering any questions or giving a speech by calling us fascists, Nazis, and more.

Instead of throwing out the protesters violently assaulting attendees and staff, Kristan and I were forcibly removed by campus security and locked in a so-called "safe room" for our own "safety," while those disrupting our event were allowed to walk free and stand in line for Chick fil A (oh, the irony). We spent several hours locked in this conference room answering questions from pro-lifers and pro-choicers alike, having real dialogue that many in attendance at the event truly longed for.

If you're a student at VCU - stop paying these people your tuition money. It's the worst money you've ever spent. Please share to get the word out about what's happening on college campuses and amplify the incredibly important work Students for Life is doing.
