A Lethbridge woman is paying tribute to her sister who unfortunately passed away just over 20 years ago. Sandra Asuchak says the second annual in-person Rita’s Run will honour her late sister Rita Giardetti who lost her battle with mental illness. As BCN’s Micah Quinn explains, Asuchak looked back with pride for her sister, and she talked about how it’s okay to ask for help if you are struggling.
