Africa breaks the silence, to support Russia & Blame the WEST for exploiting Africa
Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula is a South African
politician who has held several ministerial
positions in the South African government,
including the Minister of Defense and Military
Veterans. In October 2019, she attended the
Russia-Africa Summit and Economic Forum in
Sochi, Russia, as part of the South African
delegation.
During the conference, Mapisa-Nqakula
participated in a panel discussion on "Peace
and Security in Africa" alongside other African
defense ministers. She emphasized the
importance of partnerships and cooperation in
achieving peace and stability in Africa, and
highlighted the role of the African Union and its
peacekeeping efforts.
In addition to the panel discussion,
Mapisa-Nqakula also held meetings with
Russian officials to discuss bilateral relations
and cooperation in the defense sector. The
conference provided an opportunity for African
countries and Russia to strengthen ties and
explore new areas of cooperation.
