She saw the word GREEN in the title of this bill that got her excited and that was all she needed to know WITHOUT reading it as she fully endorsed and sponsored it. They rubber stamp anything without reading it and this guy is rightfully rubbing her nose in her own stupidity even though she is trying to deflect and not answer.
