These Lawyers are Driving Me Crazy (and torturing the jury)

The cardinal rule of jury trials is DO NOT ANNOY THE JURY. Someone seems to have forgotten that rule. Reading deposition testimony (poorly) is a sure way to put a jury to sleep, and when video depositions are available (as in since about 1985) they are much better than having two lawyers read deposition testimony.

On the positive side, the Biomechanics expert did an excellent job. Here's my take on the trial.
