But let the righteous rejoice and be glad in the presence of God, singing praises to his name. He is the Lord who rides over the heavens, and in his presence he makes orphans have a father and widows find justice. God dwells in his holy place, and causes the lonely to find company, freeing those who are bound in fetters. But the rebels dwell on dry land.
