Did Nashville Shooter Have Different Shoes On ? Conspiracy Claims - I Say Bad Info

There is a big rumor going around that the shooter had different shoes at beginning of shooting than when s/he was shot by cops. Poor video quality but I don't agree and see No big conspiracy.
