O’Keefe Media Group (OMG) has uncovered possible widespread money laundering involving political campaigns across the United States.
.
According to Federal Election Commission (FEC) data, some senior citizens have been donating thousands of times per year, with certain individuals’ names and addresses linked to over $200,000 in contributions.
.
OMG founder James O’Keefe traveled to Annapolis, Maryland, to verify the data provided by citizen journalists from Election Watch in Maryland. O’Keefe spoke with several individuals whose names and addresses were associated with numerous donations, often in variations of their names and addresses.

.
The investigation found that many of these individuals were unaware of the extent of the contributions made in their names. Some admitted to donating small amounts occasionally, but the FEC data showed significantly higher numbers of donations and amounts.
.
For example, one individual allegedly contributed over 1,000 times to ActBlue in 2022, totaling $18,849.77. However, when confronted, the individual claimed to have only donated about $5 a month.
.
OMG is encouraging more citizen journalists to join their efforts in investigating this potential money laundering scheme. They provide support and resources for those interested in participating in this critical story.
.
A lawsuit has been submitted to the U.S District Court of Maryland regarding this issue by the Gibson Group and Maryland 2020 Watch. It remains unclear whether similar schemes are happening in other states.
