RESTRICT Act = PATRIOT Act 2.0?!

This week on 51/49, James talks about the impending TikTok ban, specifically uncovering the truth about The RESTRICT ACT - Senate Bill S. 686, a bipartisan legislation co-sponsored by Senator Mark Warner, touted by the mainstream media as a "comprehensive, risk-based approach that proactively tackles sources of potentially dangerous technology.” But is all this talk of a ban on TikTok in the name of national security and data privacy just an excuse for more internet censorship?
