In this video, we take a look at some of our recent pickups send mail, including an epic Game Boy Advance SP!
To this day it still floors me that people send fan mail to the channel. It's truly a sign that I have been welcomed into this amazing community with open arms. I never take it for granted, but I always, always appreciate it!

Recently we've had a number of memes going around Twitter, many of them feature the "Whatcha Buyin'" merchant character from Resident Evil 4. John sent me a message on Twitter, asking me if someone where to purchase a shirt for me what size I wear. Instantly I knew he found a shirt that he was going to send, I mean come on right? Well he found a shirt featuring The merchant from resident evil and made sure to send it on my way. It was very cool of him and I definitely appreciate it.
Next up, I had seen a Famicom themed Game Boy Advanced SP when I was out in Portland for the Portland Retro Gaming Expo. It was gorgeous, but I just didn't want to spend $100 on a system that I wouldn't play that frequently. However, during a recent trip to Live Action Games, they had one of these systems, in great shape, and considerably less than $100. Even though it was not an AGS-101 with the backlight and it had a sidelights instead, being a fan of the Famicom I am, I had to pick it up.
The final pick up is something that I can give 100% credit to Cheap Ass Gamer on Twitter. They recently posted that Target was putting most of the Nintendo selects 3 DS library on sale for just $5. While many people have suggested I pick up A Link Between Worlds, as a Link to the Past is my favorite Zelda game of all time. I've yet to play it, but for $5 it's definitely something I'm glad to have in my collection.
