Soothing Talk-Through for Chronic Pain (ASMR)

I used to wake up in the middle of the night with severe abdominal pain. I would imagine myself in place where nothing bothered me, I'd distract myself, and I would practice deep breathing. If you have a sudden flash of pain, this may be a useful tool to help soothe you. This is my first video using a technique called "Autonomous sensory meridian response".
