Today we showcase 2 major lawsuits just filed against AI Tool Developers. Getty vs Stability AI and a massive class-action lawsuit against Stability AI, DeviantArt, and Midjourney.

The premise is that the original copyrighted works which are the intellectual property of the creator have been used for AI data analysis without permission or compensation for the rights holder.

These cases will set precedent for the future of AI Tool Developers as to what type of data mining is fair game and what's off-limits!
