Active Focus Example - Distance Vision

👁️Active focus in the supermarket car park.

👁️I've been working on the computer all week and my eyes have been feeling a bit "locked up" with ciliary spasm.

👁️So, whilst in the supermarket car park this morning, I spent some time challenging my distance vision. I was trying to read writing on distant signs. At first, it wasn't clear but then it came into focus.

👁️ This is the beauty of learning how to active focus. If I ever feel like some regression may be happening, I can do some good active focus sessions and my precious 20/20 vision is maintained.

👁️ NOTE: If you have differential glasses you can do this with closer objects. The key is to challenge your vision at the edge of it's blur horizon.
