The ebb and flow of the ocean's inherent cycle is comparable to our own rhythm. Today, allow the calming rhythm of the water to inform your breathing, nourishing and calming you. Your nervous system will learn to perceive the steady pattern of your breath as a sign of security through this guided meditation practice. This is significant because, outside of this practice, you can use your breath to infuse your being with the same serenity.

Once you're at peace, talk to your higher self's inner wisdom.
